Project Overview
Claremont delivered the high end refurbishment of Lushill Farmhouse, an early twentieth century stone built residence, transforming the property into an exceptional family home whilst preserving its historic character. Working alongside Craig Hamilton Architects, the project combined meticulous restoration with contemporary craftsmanship to create a residence of outstanding quality.
The wider development included the refurbishment of the adjacent staff cottage and stable yard together with extensive formal landscaping, creating a cohesive estate that balances heritage, functionality and modern luxury.
