For the last six years we have worked closely with Claremont as main contractor for a £10million multi-phase sports development on the River Thames.
Claremont negotiated with our client, being both upfront and honest at all times.
Their team were professional and diligent in the execution of the phases undertaken to date – including a £3.2mill rowing facility which sits at the heart of the annual Boat Race.
Thank you for last Friday, it was a really great end (nearly) to all of your work over the past months. We really have enjoyed having you work with us to create such a special space. We will be lost without the ‘boys’ working in the building, but I can’t deny it will be great to move forward now with the event space and our work.
I think it has always felt that your team really cared about our building, I got very used to Martin coming up and saying ‘I know it says to do this….but……’. I liked that and I think it has really helped to produce such a great building for us.
