Project Overview
Claremont delivered a bespoke residential development at Kingsdowne Road, Surbiton, creating a high specification five bedroom family home through a joint venture with the Diocese of Southwark and Gainsborough Construction. Alongside the new residence, Claremont also constructed a contemporary Vicarage, providing modern accommodation for the Diocese.
The project combined traditional masonry construction with high quality finishes and energy efficient design, delivering two carefully considered buildings that complement their surroundings while meeting the needs of both residential living and the local church community.
