Project Overview
Claremont was appointed to deliver the Youth Academy Training Facility for Arsenal Football Club, creating a purpose- built environment to support the development of future elite footballers. Delivered across three carefully planned phases, the project enabled the academy to remain fully operational while construction progressed.
The development included modern training, education and welfare facilities, together with new football pitches, parking and landscaping, creating a high-performance environment that supports both player development and the club’s long-term ambitions.
