Tiffin Girls’ School – Classrooms & Science Block
- WO ADDITIONAL FLOORS OF MODERN TEACHING ACCOMMODATION
- REFURBISHED SCIENCE LABORATORIES SUPPORTING PRACTICAL LEARNING
- UNLOCKED THE POTENTIAL OF THE EXISTING SCHOOL BUILDING
Project Overview
Claremont was appointed to deliver the atrium infill at Tiffin Girls’ School, creating two additional floors of teaching accommodation alongside the refurbishment of existing science laboratories. The project reimagined existing space to create modern learning environments that support the school’s continued growth and evolving educational needs.
Delivered within a live school environment, the development demonstrates Claremont’s ability to enhance existing facilities while maintaining the highest standards of quality, safety and programme management.
Performance, Not Promises
Extending the life and value of existing buildings requires careful planning, intelligent construction and a clear understanding of how educational environments operate. Through collaborative working and meticulous delivery, Claremont transformed unused space into modern teaching accommodation that complements the existing school.
