Project Overview
Claremont delivered the construction of New Pipers, a RIBA award winning contemporary home designed by Niall McLaughlin Architects. Set within beautifully landscaped grounds, the project brought an ambitious architectural vision to life through precision construction, combining a steel frame, insulated cedar rainscreen cladding and exceptional craftsmanship throughout.
The completed home features open plan living spaces, a striking glazed façade, an infinity pool and carefully designed landscaping, creating a distinctive modern residence that seamlessly connects architecture with its surroundings.
