Claremont delivered multiple projects at Cardinal Vaughan Memorial School, creating new teaching and catering facilities that support the school’s continued growth whilst maintaining day-to- day operations. The programme included the construction of a new Classroom Building alongside a new Kitchen Block and associated alterations, providing modern learning and catering environments that enhance the experience for pupils and staff.

Delivered within a fully operational school, both projects required meticulous planning, careful phasing and close collaboration with the school to ensure teaching, assemblies and everyday activities continued safely throughout construction.
